1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Jeedah Interiors. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our website and engaging our interior design, styling, and 3D rendering services. By accessing our website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services and Project Agreements

Jeedah Interiors specializes in high-end interior design, space planning, bespoke styling, and 3D visual rendering. The information on this website is for general overview purposes. Before any physical styling or intensive design planning begins, you will be provided with a customized Project Agreement. This document will detail your exact scope of work, project timelines, and specific deliverables.

3. Payment Terms, Fees, and Deposits

• Consultations: All initial consultations, whether virtual or on-site, are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
• Deposits: To secure our team’s time and begin the initial design phase (including 3D rendering, layout planning, and material sourcing), a formal deposit is required.
• Milestone Invoicing: For larger design projects, payments will be broken down into milestones (e.g., design approval, procurement of furnishings, final installation). Work will pause if milestone payments are delayed.
• Refunds: Because our services and sourced items are heavily customized, deposits for design work and ordered materials are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced or orders have been placed.

4. Intellectual Property and Design Ownership

We take great pride in our creative process. All concepts, floor plans, 3D renders, mood boards, and design presentations created by Jeedah Interiors remain our exclusive intellectual property. You are paying for the implementation of these designs in your specific space. You may not sell, reproduce, or hand our design plans over to outside third-party designers or contractors without our written permission and full payment for the design assets.

5. Client Responsibilities and Site Access

For a smooth project, we require timely feedback and approvals on design proposals. If we are executing an installation or styling your space, you agree to provide our team, decorators, and delivery personnel with safe, unrestricted access to the property during agreed-upon working hours.

6. Timelines and Unforeseen Delays

We strive to meet all projected deadlines. However, in the world of interior design, certain factors are beyond our control. Jeedah Interiors is not legally responsible for delays caused by global shipping issues, out-of-stock materials, custom furniture fabrication delays, or third-party vendor schedules.

7. Liability and Warranties

Our team operates with the highest level of care during the installation and styling process. However, Jeedah Interiors is not liable for pre-existing conditions in your property, such as faulty plumbing, uneven flooring, or outdated electrical wiring. Any warranties on furniture, appliances, or fixtures purchased for your project will be transferred directly to you from the original manufacturer.

8. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the working relationship if the other party breaches the Project Agreement. If you choose to cancel a project mid-way, you will be billed for all work completed, time spent, and materials ordered up to the date of cancellation.
